As a consumer looking to purchase a home, you will find that advice is available just about from anyone.  People love to pass on advice...more often than not, it is good advice. Take advantage of all that is offered but be sure to weigh what you hear and if you have concerns, investigate to be sure you act on what is real in terms of advice.
