When you work with a REALTOR® realize that the seller is who usually pays the commission.  This means that you are under no obligation to pay your REALTOR® unless you work out some specific deal.  It; therefore, is in your best interest to have a Broker or Salesperson, one you are comfortable with, working on your behalf.

Interest rates are extremely competitive today...and affordable.  It is a great time to make the move into home ownership if you are contemplating the prospect.

I work with my first time buyers on their "Home Buying Action Plan".  This takes into  consideration everything that is important to the process.  We build the plan and then I work the plan...to my clients satisfaction and ultimately to the purchase of their first home.

I also provide you with an "Action Plan Record". This is used to keep track of all the properties we visit and your coments both plus and minus on those houses.  You also have room in it to make notes about properties that you would like me to give you more information on...ones you see in the paper or on drive-bys.
