There are several facilities in Georgetown that accomodate primarily the Mature Resident.  Each is somewhat unique but all offer comfortable living at affordable prices.

The Sands...is located at 75 McFarlane Drive in the north east quadrant of the town on the north side of Highway #7.  This is a multi floored building...the largest one in Georgetown.  It is also the only condominium that has an indoor pool.  There are several models in both the 1 and 2 bedroom units.  Prices have ranged from $200,000 to just short of $300,000 over the last couple of years.  The Maintenance fees at the Sands include Building Insurance, Water and Parking.  All other costs are an add on.

The Royal Ascot...is located at 26 Hall Road in the north east quadrant of the town on the south side of Highway #7.  There are 7 floors at the Ascot and 12 units per floor...a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom units. The units are very spacious.  The maintenance Fees at the Ascot cover everything except phone & cable...so they may appear higher but they cover more oveall.  Prices have ranged from $200,000 to the high $200's over the last 2 years.

Chapel Street is as it says...at 24 Chapel Street which is located in the west quadrant of the town on the north side of Highway #7.  This is the newest condominium built in Georgetown and has a great many upscaled units.  Various sizes from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom plus dens (or 3 bedrooms).  The square footage in these units varies, there is a penthouse over 1700 square feet. Prices vary from in the mid $200's to over $400,000.

Barber Glen is a 42 unit Freehold Bungalow Townhome complex with common elements, located in Georgetown South.  It is located on the south side of Argyll, east of Barber. The units are either 1 or 2 bedrooms and there are 9 models to choose from.  There are 1-car or 2-car garages. Yards are very limited but there is a community parkette. Current market value of the homes is upward of $480,000 (unfinished basement) to $530,000 (finished Basement).

The Bennett Gallery...is the only Life Lease facility in Georgetown. It is located near the Georgetown Hospital on Halton Hills Drive.  For more details on this facility please Click Here to go directly to their website.

Assisted Living
